• To arrange and deliver sessions, process payments and manage bookings.
• To maintain brief session notes for continuity of care.

I will never sell or rent your information. I may share limited data only with:
• trusted processors such as payment providers, email or website hosts under written agreements;
• a professional supervisor, in anonymised form, for quality assurance;

Records are kept securely for up to seven (7) years after our work ends, then permanently deleted or shredded. Electronic data are stored on password-protected devices with two-factor authentication and encrypted backups.
