1. How do I start?

  • You can book directly through this page. If you are unsure, you can also start with a taster session instead of a package.

2. What if I need to reschedule?

  • Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

3. Can I take breaks between sessions?

  • Yes although please use all sessions within the validity period of the packages

4. Do you offer ongoing talking therapy after a package ends?

  • Yes continuing clients are welcome to book individual sessions or we can tailor a follow-up plan that suits you best

5. What is your cancellation or no-show policy?

  • If you cancel with at least 48 hours notice there is no fee; if you miss a session without notice, the full fee applies.

6. What happens if I am in crisis or need immediate support?

  • This is not a crisis intervention service. If you are in immediate risk or need urgent help, please contact emergency services or your local crisis line.
  • Who is it not suitable for? I do not provide crisis care, diagnosis, medication, or treatment for acute risk, unmanaged psychosis, or active substance dependence. I will have to direct you towards appropriate services in such situations.

7. What kind of sessions do you offer?

  • I offer integrative talking therapy and mentoring grounded in psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness. Drawing on cognitive-behavioural, trauma informed, person centred, and mindfulness methods, sessions can help you gain clarity, emotional regulation, and lasting change.

8. Is there support between sessions?

  • Light check-ins are available for reflection. Any deeper work or new issues are best kept for your next appointment

9. What if my internet stops working during a session?

  • Please check your connection and device beforehand. If your connection drops, simply try to rejoin. If it can’t reconnect, we will reschedule at no extra cost given its an occasional genuine disruption. Repeated or extended connection issues may be charged as a full session

10. What if I join late to the session?

  • Sessions begin at the scheduled time. If you join late the session might still finish at the originally scheduled end time to respect the next client and based on my schedule.

11. How is my information kept confidential?

  • All sessions and notes are securely stored in line with UK GDPR. Clinical notes are brief, and never shared without your consent except where required by law.
